HOW DO i KNOW IF I NEED TUTORING?

What do i need before my first tutoring session?

A cell phone is all you need.

All you need is a device with an internet connection. We recommend the use of a laptop, but many students prefer to use their cell phone or tablet to connect to the session.


I can’t seem to find time for tutoring. What can i do?

Don’t see a session time that works well for you? Contact us, and we’ll happy to help you find a solution.


do i need an account with "go to meeting"?

No, anyone with a meeting invitation can attend at meeting via Go To Meeting using any web browser.

Go To Meeting does offer a free app if you use a smartphone or tablet


What if i have questions outside of a scheduled session?

With any of our subscriptions, you can text your tutor anytime to get quick suggestions and help.

*Note: response times can vary when texts are sent outside of business hours.


do i have to schedule 1 session per week?

No, you can schedule your sessions anytime. For example, if it’s the week before finals, and you need to schedule 5 of your 8 allotted sessions for the month in a single week, that is perfectly fine.


what happens if i decide to cancel my subscription?

You can continue to use your subscription until the end of your current subscription period. After which point, you will no longer be billed.
